Mary of Magdala, popularly known as Mary Magdalene or “the Magdalene,” is Divine Feminine energy incarnate. She is the 13th and closest disciple of Jesus of Nazareth, teaching alongside him as a visionary and teacher in her own right. She is known as “an apostle of the apostles.’”

In ancient Aramaic, Mary means “she who illuminates.” It is said that nobody understood Jesus’ message as well she did and that she was able to share it clearly with others. She wrote “The Gospel of Mary” after his death, recounting her role as a teacher, leader and visionary who received secret revelations and divinatory knowledge from the Divine. She was a scholar who shared her knowledge with Jesus and her fellow disciples. She was the energy of the Sacred Feminine to Jesus’ Sacred Masculine.

In the Bahá'í tradition, Mary Magdalene is glorified and highly regarded as an enlightened master, powerful, knowledgeable and holy. There are many versions of who Mary Magdalene was or was not, but she was undeniably a goddess who lived among us, who was not only well versed in book knowledge, but also well-connected to the spirit realm. She was a conduit for illuminating truth, courage, and strength, based on her own visions and private revelations. Despite naysayers, she lived her truth.

This pendant necklace was made by Sergio using a mini archival reproduction by Claudia Olivos, delicately encased in glass and mounted on a silver plated pendant.

The pendant comes with a silver plated chain that is 12 inches long (you can also choose from our menu option for leather, vegan leather for a small extra fee). This statement necklace pendant can be worn long or short for a unique and elegant look.

Always remove your Goddess jewlery before showering or sleeping to avoid tarnishing of the metal.

Treat your Goddess jewelry with the same care as you would expect when handling fine art behind glass.

Never submerge your Goddess jewelry in polishes or cleansers. A dry soft cloth is all that is needed to remove fingerprints and body oil from the pendant.

What is a reproduction on Canvas?
These are"reproductions on canvas, stretched and gallery wrapped. That means that Sergio prints the image ( here in the studio), cuts the wood 'stretcher bars' (this is where it gets confused with a frame), and stretches it over the wood )- those are the "stretcher bars". It then gets stapled on the back - as opposed to on the sides as in old days. It is called gallery wrap as it was made this way for galleries, who requested artists provide our work " ready to hang." This stretched canvas can be framed, or hung as is. Sergio also adds additional inks to the perimiter of the canvas so that it looks even nicer :)

Absolutely stunning. This is the second item I have ordered. The first needed tone a rush which was no problem for her!! The second just beautiful and the little specials are so thoughtful. I am very devoted to MM but you might just enjoy the beauty of the art!!
